They cancelled my daughter who is 14 weeks immunisation app 2 hours before its due. Reason given, nurse had a surgery and can’t do jab. Felt I have been treated with no respect because no apologies at all then she called. She asked to speak to my daughter !! 14 weeks old baby? I asked what is the earliest appt, she reply me very blunt and sounds like I am demanding because I asked for the earliest appt possible because her jab will be way over due as she gave me appt in two weeks time. Which will be when she is 16 weeks old (which her 3 jab is due)! Actually I started to make this second jab appointment when my daughter was 8 weeks old. So apologies or alternative except very blunt on the phone take it or leave it attitude.
My 6 weeks mum and baby appt lasted 10 min (!in actual fact i booked 3 appt which is 15 min) and didn’t even check my c section and been told to see someone else if i wanted a doctor that treat patient with care and respect. Didn’t even wear glove when examine my new born.
8 weeks daughter immunisation jab, nurse was rough treating my baby and my mum saw it as well. When i looked at her she said i’she is only a baby’ does that mean baby don’t have to treat with respects ? Just because she can’t speak up for herself ? And told me off it’s my fault that my daughter cry.
4 months ago had a urine test . Passed the tube of urine and asked to drop the tube in a bag otherwise will not be able to pass it to the lab but have to provide my own plastic bag!!! Who will go to the Gp with all bags and their own stuff ?
