1. Need more staff on reception, waited 20 minutes as if a patient has a query it may take longer. Felt sorry for the elderly waiting that long. Only one member of staff on reception at all times.

2.Staff seem miserable on reception and telephone. Sometimes rude and not bothered as if they are robots and told to answer with what sounds like a script, they are not aloud to see if anything else can be done to help you.

3. Don't think it should be compulsory to tell office staff or reception as to why you want an appointment.

This is personal and some people don't want to discuss or to embarrassed to tell office staff!!! I was once refused an appointment unless I told.

4. My 2 favourite GP's have left, things are that bad they even told me the reason was bad management and feel treatment of patients was bad. No staff moral and not a good place to work.

So overall for things to improve they need to get rid of current management and retrain all staff in customer services. Come on please get it sorted.
