Reading the previous review I fully agree, receptionists, Nurses overall very helpful. However I do wonder how the length of time waiting in chronic pain is deemed acceptable. If I went to A&E I would be offered pain relief! I admire the previous patients capacity to suffer a debilitating chronic illness.

I am encouraged by the TV media showing the reality of the devastation rheumatoid has on daily life. Lets hope this will encourage Consultants to look at a more streamlined and efficient timeline that decreases suffering.

I would firstly like to say that I am extremely sorry that you have had cause to complain. I appreciate that you will not have done so lightly and would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable in assisting us to identify areas for improvement.

I can assure you that your feedback has been shared with the management within our Rheumatology Department. However, in order for us to look into this in more detail, I would like to invite you to discuss this matter further. Therefore, please contact the PALS office on 01332 785156, quoting reference 59165. We are open Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm and outside of these hours our answer phone is in operation. You are also more than welcome to attend our office without an appointment, or, if it would suit you better, you can call for a specific date and time to come in to discuss your concerns and experience.
