"Excellent service"

I had to arrange a home visit for my husband. Have never had a doctor out, so was a bit apprehensive. I was unnecessarily worried. The receptionist was just lovely, kept reassuring me that I was doing the right thing, she put me on that morning's list. A nurse phoned later, presumably a sort of triage & he told me definitely needed a doctor. The doctor arrived lunch time, & she was so professional,caring & reassuring. Examined my husband gave advice, said she would arrange for bloods to be taken the next day, which has now been done. Asked me to take some stuff into surgery, which I did, & gave me a prescription for him. She said she will contact him next week and I have every confidence that she will.

I am so grateful for the way everyone concerned dealt with both my husband & myself. Thank you so much. I can honestly say that the receptionist was one of the nicest people. You hear so many reports of them being dragons, but this was not true in my case. I am happy to redress the balance by giving a positive review of the lady I spoke to.
