"Supportive and caring GP services"

Very recently I needed the care and support of my doctor. I was able to get an appointment the same day. My doctor is a very warm supportive and caring physician. He was able to assist me immediately by listening and deciding on the best treatment for me. I felt empowered and involved in the decision making. I felt that the doctor really understood me and took the time that was needed to provide excellent health care advice and service. My previous practice was forced to provide conveyor belt services that felt rushed and impersonal.

I have found all members of staff including reception & the pharmacy to be very professional, kind and helpful.
