"The best support I've had and a huge relief"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

I was referred by I cope after completing CBT. The recovery college is helping me on so many levels I feel like I'm finally learning how to live again. The trainers are so understanding and helpful, I feel safe and secure to deal with the subjects and able to express myself and engage like I haven't for a long time.

I believe that what I'm learning at the recovery college will stay with me for life. I don't know where I'd be without it and I feel anyone who lives with any type of mental health problems would benefit hugely from joining, it's the best support I've had and a huge relief the service exists. Thank you.
