The doctors are brilliant when and if you are successful to secure an appointment in a month time but if you need to be seen in an emergency case or to request a telephone consultation, first you have to pass through the always NO or fully booked receptionist in particular the one covering the mornings. Booking appointment on line is always far ahead (at least 3_4 weeks if not more). This cause lots of additional distress and unnecessary anxiety for someone who is already chronically ill as i am and dependent on the good services of the doctors I've been seeing at this surgery for over 20 years.
