Having attended this hospital I never got any test results just someone phoning me but there was a language barrier but I only had the phone call because I sent the consultant an e mail.I have written 2 letters but I cannot get the consultant to reply as he stated he will have a chat on my next appointment but my appointment is only a 10 min one!!!!Is this to much to ask as they do have sec s working for them but I'm waiting for 6 calls to be returned and the department's phone does not answer.What has happened to a once NHS which was an envy to many countries.
