"Poor service"

About: Broomfield Hospital / Dermatology

Referred to dermatology in June. Had to push for an appointment, and finally got offered 13th September. The consultant said she needed to do a biopsy and the waiting list was 6 weeks. After 8 weeks and no communication I rang appointments - very rude lady told me there are lots of people in your situation you have to stay on the list. After 11 weeks I rang again and this time I was to,d I was on the list as an emergency but that they are “experiencing capacity issues” no appointments available. So now almost 30 weeks since referral and i’m Still waiting. Appalling service.
