There was a monitor showing the waiting time

What could be improved

The Hospital was very dirty and the equipment seams very old

I would consider even the age of the sick person as a priority element to decide when to visit her/him.

My 3 years old child was supposed to be visited later than 1am, after 3 hours of waiting time.

And we had only 4 persons before us. 3 hours for 4 persons is really a too slow service and there were no emergencies.
