"The Best Practice"

I have been with this practice for more than thirty years. I have had fantastic care from everyone, notably three doctors. I recently dislocated and fractured my shoulder and was discharged with codeine and paracetemol to manage the pain. On repeat visits to the hospital when I complained of chronic pain not really rasponding to codeine, which I didn't want to get addicted to, I was told to keep taking it. After avcouple of weeks I couldn't take any more and decided to ring the surgery. I feel so blessed that one Dr responded to my call and was an absolute angel. She listened, was so caring and put me on appropriate medicine and urged me to call if it wasn't working well enough,and assured me that I wouldn't be a bother. After a few more calls, I am now pain free. I feel blessed to be a patient at a practice providing such amazing care to me and my family.
