"Doctors missing appointments"

About: Lower Clapton Group Practice

(as a service user),

Each time I've booked a phone appointment so far the Doctor never called me and I had to book another one. This is quite frustrating - I really like the online booking system but *please* make sure you are actually fulfilling appointments.

Dear Patient,

We do apologise if you feel the Doctor is not calling you back on time. Booking a telephone consultation online means you book into a timed slot for the Doctor to call you back that morning/evening. This may not be clear at the time of booking the appointment and therefore we do apologise and hope to rectify this by stating this clearly when patients book an appointment online..

We do hope any further experience at the Practice is a positive one and are happy you like the online booking system.

Update posted by annoyed and disappointed (a service user)

This isn't very helpful for people that work: I cannot guarantee I can be available for a whole morning with meetings etc. I would rather book specific slots (which is what happens currently), or have message from practice about when a Dr may call.
