"Excellent A&E service for my 14 month old daughter"

My daughter lacerated her tongue whilst at nursery and, following a call to 111, I took her to the A&E department at the Royal London.

I was very impressed with the staff, from those on reception, to those in triage, right through to the doctors. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My daughter was examined thoroughly and follow up has been arranged for tomorrow.

The facilities for young children were very good and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Waiting time was also very good.
