"Awful"

Had a cyst aspiration on my neck 3 weeks ago

Cyst has returned twice the size, have ear and head pain. Went to walk in centre at Woolwich yesterday and was told to go straight away to Lewisham A&E.

I am disgusted at the way I was treated, I explained my symptoms and previous procedure I had, I was at no point examined, the Doctors were adamant I needed bloods done to check my Thyroid function, I told them I had these done and it was not a Thyroid problem, I ask several time if someone could please check my ear/lymph nodes for signs of possible infection nobody wanted to listen. The medical staff were very patronising and have no idea regarding dignity and respect. Very arrogant people. Absolutely disgraceful
