About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

What I liked

Excellent start to finish. I came in for a coronary ablation for Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome ( symptoms of tachycardia and palpitations) Staff were professional, considerate and professional. I was treated with dignity and good humour. I was checked in and fully prepped for surgery within 30mins! The op went very well and I was consulted during the op when the parameters and risks changed. I was fed and watered immediately after surgery and asked regularly how I was doing in terms of pain and comfort. To think I was in at 8 am and out before 8 pm feeling fine having had heart surgery is incredible. Thank you
