(as the patient),

Just to say a big Thank You to all the staff who took very good care of me during my recent admission. ED, MAU, Ward 3, Ward 14, Porters, Domestics and Hostesses, you all did your part in looking after me and did it excellently. You can all feel very proud. Keep up the great work.
