"Difficult to get to the Willows by car or bus"

I had an appointment at the Willows.

Drove up and could not get parked anywhere - there were no patient spaces left. I parked up on a verge and when I came out I was in a distressed state after speaking about upsetting things to the psychiatrist. I then got shouted out for parking in the wrong place which really upset me.

Next appointment I got a bus up which got me there nearly an hour early. My appointment was very late and I had to wait nearly an hour to get a bus back - nowhere to get a drink and I had to sit in a distressed state in a public room for that time - it has been a nightmare and I will not be going back for any more appointments as there is no way to get to the clinic.

Why is this clinic out in the middle of nowhere with no parking and very few buses up there? I have spoken to a receptionist and a manager about this and I felt they couldn't care less.
