"Rude rude staff"

After attending an appointment with my grandad, I found that the member of staff (physio) that was spike to was very rude and abrupt. We were not given the option to ask questions and so when we wanted to ask a question we had to force it into the conversation. She spoke down to us and was particularly patronising and as a fellow professional I know that this is not the correct way to treat patients. The physiotherapist has a lack of empathy and professional manner.

Would not recommend.
