"Always a waste of time"

I rarely book doctors appointments and always try to leave booking one till I desperately need to. Every time I've tried to book an appointment at this surgery I have to wait weeks, always get an appointment at awkward times and the reception staff are usually pretty blunt and almost sound annoyed when I call. I've visited a couple of times about my eczema and there isn't anything they can ever do about it apparently, and I usually leave feeling worse than before. I have never received any treatment for my eczema from my GP.

Other than my eczema I have only visited to sort out my contraception pills, I always leave feeling judged by the doctors. I was once bluntly told that I've put on weight. I have been on a number of pills that leave me feeling depressed and sick so I stopped all contraception, even though my doctor told me to continue. Recently I've been feeling really down, always tired and I've put on a fair amount of weight for no reason and my mood swings have been all over the place. I believed this was because of my thyroids being unbalanced, and wanted to be checked out by the doctor. I am also worried about my blood pressure. Instead of being checked out, i was told i can book a blood test but should think about joining slimming world/weight watchers and then she gave me a link to a mental health helpline to help me manage my mood swings! Amazing help (not). SO sick of leaving the doctors in tears because they can never seem to reassure me or help with anything.
