About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

I was referred by Occupational Health to Stepping Hill Hospital to the physio department regarding an ankle injury.

  I am fully included in my treatment and involved in my care plan.  My injury is explained so I understand and my treatment is tailored to me.

My physio is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable.

As soon as I left the department I shared my happiness with colleagues, friends and immediately left feedback with both the physio manager and on NHS Choices.

I am still under the department and with my treatment plan I am reassured that my injury will be resolved as best it can be.
