"I have learnt so much about my illness"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

Been doing several different courses with the Recovery College and I just want to say thankyou for letting me join your community of help.

I have learnt so much about my illness and how I can get better that I can actually see me and my family having some great quality of life and loads of fun.
