"Disappointed"

My elderly mum was admitted in January due to cancer and dementia.
I was very unhappy with all 3 wards that she was moved to.
Staff seemed extremely uncaring to my mum.
She was left with dirty hands and clothing.
She was spoken to in a manner that was upsetting. I also heard another visitor speaking to a member of staff about the same thing about her relative.
