"I always feel worse after contact with Hawthorn..."

My Doctor asked me to make a follow up appointment and I was sent a text asking me to make an appointment.( it said doctor or nurse so I asked for nurse appointment and was given a doctor's appointment)

Then it was cancelled but I wasn't even told until after the appointment time, I tried to rebook the appointment but they refused,.

I then asked someone else to try and book me an appointment over the phone but they refused again, they told this person that I had been offered an alternative appointment which is an absolute lie. They will only allow a phone appointment which is useless to someone with a pronounced stammer.

It is unfair that doctors get paid to provide blood tests even when they do not give the patient an opportunity to discover the results.
