After having a unfortunate situation happen to me I would like to say that one particular staff member was fantastic and extremely professional in dealing with the matter. I wish all situations were dealt with in this manner. Even though one part of it is not resolved I am absolutely confident that we will come to a satisfactory conclusion very soon as this staff member has demonstrated tations can be handled efficiently quickly and most of professonly leaving all parties happy.
