What I liked

I was admitted to Canterbury Ward for a biopsy on my throat under general anaesthetic which included an overnight stay. From being admitted to being discharged all of the the staff I encountered were professional, hard working and could not have done any more to put me at ease.

What could be improved

Some of the nurses admin areas were a bit cluttered but given how busy it was that's not surprising.

Anything else?

Seeing how much paper work was generated from my relatively trivial procedure I'm not surprised the NHS IT project to computerise records didn't succeed.
