"Rubbish"

I have been a patient here for 4 years and it has gone down hill I spent 40 minutes trying to get through to make an appointment on the phone this has happened multiple times Doctor I saw was very dismissive receptionist today embarrassed and humiliated me today in front of a long queue of people when I said to her Diazepam is a controlled drug she said no it’s not a controlled drug it’s just a normal drug she made me feel like I was making a fuss over nothing where today though no fault of my own I have run out of this medication and have now missed my morning dose and it is a controlled drug I know that because I work in mental health myself dreadful service
