"Feeling more confident"

(as a service user),

I was given an appointment to see Jill at the Wells Hospital incontinence service.   Jill listened attentively and I felt that I was clearly understood. I'm amazed how quickly I can see a difference in my condition after having been given some exercises by Jill, the impact was almost immediate and has made me feel a lot more confident.
