"Uncaring and minimum help"

About: De Beauvoir Surgery

They are the closest surgery to a temporary emergency homeless hostel but they are not interested in the plight of the homeless. I was told we are here to treat physical problems not mental health issues.

We are sorry that you feel this was your experience, we always endeavour to treat all our patients with empathy and consideration regardless of their circumstances and give them the best care available.

We feel strongly that this kind of complaint is best dealt with by contacting the surgery directly so that we can understand why you felt the way you did to help us improve the care we offer you.

We would like all our patients to know that we treat their Mental Health as seriously as any physical health problems they may have.
