What I liked
TAU was very efficient from first point of entry. Nursing staff were kind and understanding especially in embarrassing circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble from tea and toast to extra blankets when I was cold. The unit was very clean and tidy.
What could be improved
Free parking for whoever was dropping you off
