What I liked

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that I met at Basingstoke DTC a couple of days ago. They were all so lovely, gentle and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, they all in turn explained the procedure. So often I have come across situations where, everyone assumes you know what to expect, what you need to do, and where you need to be. Here at the DTC, nothing was assumed, they all treated you with dignity and respect. You didn't feel rushed. Such a pleasant environment I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Basingstoke DTC to anyone.

What could be improved

In my experience nothing. First class.
