Having experienced a sudden reduction in vision in my right eye I attended Eye Casualty where I was seen by an extremely thorough, courteous and reassuring doctor who referred me for further urgent assessment.
All the supporting staff were also really kind, efficient and dedicated.
The clinic was very busy but nobody was sent away.
