"Misleading unprofessional company"

I phoned birkdale to book a consultation for a septorhinoplasty (which it states on their website) the lady on the phone asked what procedure i wanted and what i wanted to gain from the surgery and went on to book me in for a consultation and I paid £29. I had travelled 3 hours to their Liverpool clinic, I was running 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic, which I notified the clinic well in advance. once I got there the reception staff was very rude, I asked if I had time to nip to the bathroom and she told yes if I hurried up. I was then waiting an extra 20 minutes to see the surgeon (no other patients in the clinic) I was in and out in 5 minutes, he told me he couldn't help me due to needing septo surgery which he doesn't do. he was also quite rude and abrupt. once I met with my partner in reception, in came another patient who got a very warm welcome and asked if they wanted a drink etc. I then had to travel the 3 hour journey home in such disappointment.

I have since had another consultation with a different clinic, where I was treated with up most respect and actually made an effort, and that will be the clinic who I part my money with.

to say you pay thousands for a procedure, birkdale just see you as a number rather than an individual.

So glad i only wasted the consultation and fuel costs with them, I dread to think what their aftercare is like!
