"Excellent treatment, feedback, and care"

Once again I and my wife are indebted to East Surrey Hospital and the relevant staff involved in treating my wife so expeditiously and efficiently on 16 November. She has a permanent blood problem and any infection incurred necessitates prompt investigation and treatment. In these and other respects we could not have received a better response. I was particularly impressed by the initial approach to rule out sepsis of which there is clearly complete awareness.

All staff treated us with empathy, interest, care and respect. Of particular note was the consultant who deserves especial recognition for all his efforts on my wife’s behalf., together with a professional but personable and caring personality
