What I liked

The whole process from reception through to discharge went without a hitch. The nursing staff were caring and considerate throughout.I had complete confidence in my Consultant and his team.Thank you for a job well done

Anything else?

I actually get fed up hearing from people knocking the NHS,obviously things can go wrong but more often than not they do not.We all should give credit when its due.
