"Thoughtful dental care at Broadfield Practice"

Being a wheelchair user and using an indoor/outdoor chair some service providers at times get a bit overly patronising or get into a panic about how to treat an individual when wheelchair users may have to transfer from their chair to have treatment delivered.

But not at the Broadfield Dental Practice. The dentist had no problem attending to me in my own chair, we took our time at moving into position for different bits of treatment and the dental assistant supported my head when removing the offending tooth that had been causing me great distress.

So thanks to everyone at Broadfield - all the staff are really lovely and have been very understanding in meeting my needs - ie cancelling appointments when the weather has been bad and agreeing to fit me in in the first place as they were pretty full with clients before I asked them to treat me (my wife and daughter had registered there before me you see). Brilliant!
