About: The Leeds Road Practice

Have just had a conversation with one of their receptionists about the ordering of an item of my repeat prescriptions, the reality I have found with the pharmacy not being able to find the item I ordered (script rather).

This is due to it being sent to the wrong place, they seem to have a note (have absolutely no idea why this was done) telling them to send it to Salts Medilink a Stoma/Ostomy supplier, haven't had an Ileostomy for months by now, since last May, they don't simply deal with Fresubin drinks, they do sometimes get prescriptions for things they can't deal with so they just return them.

I'd really like to know what the heck is going on with this practice and it's ability to comply, essentially I am now left without Fresubin drinks, a dietician I saw at the local Hospital said I need least two a day so I can gain weight to a decent standard due to my health problems.

It beggars belief it really does!
