"Special care baby unit"

Some of the staff nurses are extremly rude and arrogant and don’t even know how to speak to parents in distress with their lil ones in scbu. They aren’t bothered what we as parents have gone through and the trauma we are in at present. They make you feel like you have done some blunder mistake and speak to you rudely and authoritatively. Some of the nurses are good though but some are really RUDE. Even spoke to one of ex staff lady and she also agreed some of them whom I dont really want to name and shame here are really rude and arrogant. These nurses are really bringing shame to nhs services and other staff memebers although they are very senior and experienced nurses.
