This Trust has a policy to refuse rectification of personal information that is factually incorrect without providing any investigation and proper redress to the matter.

I have contacted the Trust, a number of times now, I hasten to add, each time I am met with an answer-machine asking me to leave a message, both in the Medical Records and Complaints Department.

The Trust holds the view that any of their Clinicians can misinterpret information provided to them, and this has to be just accepted by the person whom has the wrong personal information recorded against them.

The Complaints process is neither fair nor impartial and it does not take any necessary steps to investigate a matter at all.

This organisation I am aware from reading the previous reviews and from that of its' reputation is below standard and ultimately not fit for purpose.

It needs to make a significant amount of changes in all aspects to provide the service that people should expect and deserve to receive.
