"Horrible Staff"

I try to avoid coming to the surgery even if I am sick due to the attitude of the staff and lack of compassion. This meant that I missed a medication review and as a result my access to asthma medication was cut off. I was then forced into a situation of having an appointment or going without medicine. Staff were extremely rude as expected and after deriding me for not attending the review I agreed to come in the next morning missing hours of paid work. Upon arrival I was told my appointment time was now an hour later than I had been told the day before and I would have to wait or lose my spot. No explanation was given why my appointment was changed and not so much as a simple sorry.
