"The last straw"

About: Lodgeside Surgery

I had a triple bypass last October, I have since May this year had trouble with healing of the operation wound. My experience with lodgeside surgery is extremely disappointing, after seeing the practice nurse for 5 weeks, she referred me back to the surgeon, unfortunately it was the wrong surgeon. I went back to the gp and was referred back to another surgeon, unfortunately this clinic doesn’t exist. Visited the surgery today for an appointment only to be told the appointment was a telephone call. Of course I missed the call whilst driving home.

I rang the surgery when I got home, there’s no appointments for two weeks and I have to ring at 8.00 am tomorrow. What a shambles!
