My appointment at the Hand Injuries Unit in the Therapy Centre began punctually.
(At the beginning) the hand therapist made an observational statement about me and i felt embarrassment.
The therapist then asked me a question relating to a practical matter and i answered the question.
At this appointment, the therapist made an aid for me.
In the course of my appointment, the therapist made at least two more observational statements about me and i felt embarrassment relating to each statement.
At one point during my appointment, the therapist initiated some small talk with me.
In the course of the therapist making an aid for me, i would have liked the therapist to have made less noise.
It was tricky for me to know if the aid would be satisfactory and - on the therapist's own initiative - the therapist told me that - if necessary - i could make another appointment with the therapist for the purpose of resolving the matter.
(Near the end of my appointment) i asked the therapist a question relating to a practical matter and the therapist's response to me was not understanding, patient and tolerant.
Following this, the hand therapist offered me something relating to the Hand Injuries Unit.
I turned down the offer and the offer also confused me.
