Last Wednesday I had to go to the Respiratory Physio Dept. to have a tube inserted through my nose and on into my stomach.
Can I ask your HR Dept. to put on their records, that all the department staff, from the receptionist, nurses and the consultant, were extremely polite, very kind and so helpful to a rather nervous 75 year old that it made the whole process much easier to go through.
When the tube came out on the Thursday (after a somewhat disastrous 3 hour trip to get there from Northampton), the same applied - the receptionist only had to ask for my name, and immediately knew which was my folder and within a couple of minutes had organised a nurse to take the tube out.
So absolutely wonderful service from all concerned in the dept.
And a big thank you to them all.
