My wife visited with a damaged foot and ankle after a fall. She was logged in, seen, x-rayed and given the results (probable fractured big toe) with follow-up advice within 1.5 hours. Efficient, caring, and friendly staff despite a steady stream of people arriving. Follow up from Tunbridge Wells 'virtual fracture clinic' followed today (Tuesday 13th) with a telephone call confirming fracture and advice given for recovery with additional emailed advice from a physiotherapist following shortly thereafter. Impressive service displaying the best of the NHS.
