"Valuable Advice"

As a newcomer to the area, having telephoned 111 on the Sunday morning I was very pleased to be offered an appointment in Witney with the out-of-hours doctor at 5.30 pm the same afternoon. It was an embarrassing and very worrying complaint I was suffering from, and had seen my GP about it 4 days previously but symptoms had got worse. The doctor we saw was sympathetic; he listened to my concerns patiently and responded professionally and kindly, giving me great reassurance at some length. I came away feeling very relieved and calm within myself. We were seen punctually and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the doctor's attitude to this patient.
