(as a service user),

I am a registered nurse & recently attended dermatology out patients as a patient for treatment of a suspicious growth. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the service, and the professional way I was treated. To my knowledge, the nurse had no idea I was also a nurse, and was very reassuring throughout my appointment and procedure, explained everything she was doing, and gave excellent advice for follow-up.
