(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter 8 months had a temp of 40.5. With loose tummy.

Called 111 for advice. 1st of all person put me on hold 10 minutes whilst they checked the area I was in. Then told me it wasn't serious and I would be given a 2 hour call back slot. 

Waited 2 hours no calls. They haven't put my name in the queue. Then had to wait again.

Guidelines need to be put in place for under 2's. As this was ridiculous and made me feeling as my parental knowledge was insufficient
