"Impossible to cancel an appointment"

My wife had a GP hub appointment and wanted to cancel. I phoned the St Mark's Hospital number several times but each time the phone rang for 2 minutes and then disconnected.

Also tried a 01753 number mentioned in other reviews where the person could not get though but again no one answered. My surgery has notices about missed appointments, the cost to the NHS and the need for patients to cancel if they cannot attend so that other sick people can be seen. St Mark's Hospital doesn't seem to care about any of this.

Also section 4 of the review form is required but does not cover the GP hub as a department or that a visit wasn't made.
