About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Medical Oncology

The nursing staff are wonderful but their care is spoilt by what looks like total administrative disorganisation. For example, sick patients having to wait over 1.5 hours for chemotherapy prescription to be dispensed. Again more waiting in a long queue to make a follow up appointment because there is only one receptionist.

It is distressing enough to be a patient at St Luke's so please Management sort out these issues so we don't have the added stress of queueing, waiting etc.
