"Appointments cancelled"

I had my orthopaedic appointment cancelled 3 times Only when chasing up when I would get appointment to be told I didn’t attend an appointment that I never knew I had and would have to be referred again. I did not find this acceptable as 3 times they cancelled and then for whatever reason failed to let me know when new appointment was and then just void me to have to start process again disgusted
