It is near impossible to get appointments. I hoped for better when they revamped but youre still facing the same receptionists whose biggest joy it seems to be to let you know that you cannot manage your life and family. As a young mother this leaves me heartbroken 😦. I was even turned away during pregnancy when I was concerned about my babid's wellbeing. The new doctors are good though, but, as said above, you rarely get to see them. - in short, if you're having a chronic isue with set appointments its probably good to come here, but if you need to be seen on short notice with e.g. young children, go elsewhere. ... as we will do now. I'm sick of being transfered to a&e by thereceptionists
